At Szignature Designz, each piece is prepared with exceptional care and intention.

For in-stock items, please allow up to 48 hours from the time your payment is confirmed for your order to be processed and released for shipment (excluding weekends and holidays).

For custom creations, shipping timelines begin once your order has been fully completed. Because every custom piece is uniquely crafted, production time will vary. You will receive confirmation and tracking details as soon as your order has been prepared for dispatch.

Once your package has been entrusted to the carrier, delivery timelines are determined by their operations. While we carefully oversee every shipment, Szignature Designz is not liable for transit delays, delivery interruptions, or unforeseen circumstances once the order is in the possession of the shipping provider.

Expedited Shipping

If you require accelerated delivery, we are pleased to offer expedited shipping options. We invite you to contact us prior to placing your order so we may arrange the most suitable service for your needs.

Shipping Fees & Returns

Shipping charges are thoughtfully calculated and are non-refundable. In the event of an approved return, original shipping costs will not be credited.

Tracking information will be provided as soon as your order begins its journey.
